The success of the innovative teacher!
On April 16-17, the republican stage of the professional skill competition in the field of "Education" among teachers of technical and professional, post-secondary educational organizations was held in Semey. With the support of the Department of Education of Abay region and the organization of the innovative center of technical and professional educational organizations M. 33 talented teachers from 16 regions of the country shared their rich experience in special and general education subjects at the competition held at the Auezov Pedagogical College.
Professional level of the participants was comprehensively evaluated in three main directions according to the rules of the competition. In the "I and society" module, teachers showed their professional position and responsibility to society through a three-minute video. In the "Methodological development (product)" module, each teacher briefly presented their author's methodological materials and proved their content and practical value. And in the "Multimedia technologies" module, skillfully using modern digital tools, he developed a project within the given time and successfully defended it.
Participants' works were carefully evaluated according to the relevance and innovation of the development idea, compliance with modern trends in the field of education, scientific and methodological depth of the content, consistency of the project, clarity and precision of the narrative, language literacy, as well as the level of effective use of innovative activities by teachers. Such a complex evaluation system allowed to comprehensively reveal the professional skill of each teacher.
Symbat Ayanovyna Turgalieva, teacher of general education subjects of Shakarim Higher College, who defended the honor of Abay region in this prestigious competition, took the third prize.
