Great honor to the best student
On May 30, the “Best Student” project of Shkarim University was closed. This important event celebrated the achievements of this academic year and the work of students in various fields. The best students were awarded who actively participated in the public life of the university in four areas: education, science, art and sports, who made a significant contribution to the development of youth policy, and were active throughout the year. This year, about 400 students competed in the “Best Student” project, of which 100 students were recognized as the best.
University Rector Duman Orynbekov, who congratulated the winners, expressed confidence that each of them will become a young specialist who will contribute to the development of the country. He noted that the main goal of the university is to form a qualified specialist and a perfect person who has absorbed national values.
Olzhas Beisenbaev, head of the department for youth policy, first created in the Abay region, and Aidos Toleukanov, director of the youth resource center “Youth of Abay”, took part in the event to award the best students of Shakarim University and congratulated the best students on their achievements.
A number of students were awarded a letter of gratitude from the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek for their active participation in the public life of the university and making a significant contribution to the development of youth policy.
The 20 best students were awarded the “Best Student” badge, and the best of the best, Kanysh Mukhametkarim, was awarded the title “Best Student - 2025”. As part of participation in the Astana International Forum, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education with the participation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the award was presented to her mother Assem Ilbekova.
Nurasyl Elubayev, who made a significant contribution to the development of youth policy and actively participated in the public life of the university, was recognized as worthy of the title “Best Leader.”
Nurzhan Melsov, who achieved high results in the field of sports, was named the Best Athlete, and the title of Best Junior Dean went to Zhalgas Mukhsinov.
The veterinary and agricultural scientific school, which has achieved high results in the formation of patriotic education of youth, glorifying national values and increasing social activity, is recognized as the “Best School.”

Mobile club Profunit, recognized as one of the best organizations at the national level in 2025, was awarded the title “Tycoon Candidate” in 2025 with the aim of forming a contingent of educational institutions and providing professional guidance.
The main goal of the competition is to promote national values and achievements among young people. According to the organizers, this allows us to maintain the high quality of education, upbringing and personal development of students.
Our people have a wise saying: “Whoever thinks about one year sows wheat, whoever thinks about ten years, he sows willow, and whoever thinks about a thousand years sows good.” Good actions for the benefit of the younger generation are a bright path to the future, a guarantee of eternal values and spiritual heritage.
