One of the most important conclusions I made during the training was understanding the real role of a leader. The biggest capital of any educational organization is teachers. Managing people is becoming one of the most important competencies of a leader: it is impossible to demand constant development from teachers if you yourself have stopped learning. This is why continuing education becomes a natural part of the leadership profession.
For me, studying in the MBA program became an opportunity to make more informed decisions and evaluate the school’s development prospects in a new way. It is not enough to simply transfer knowledge: a child can find any information in a few seconds. It is much more important to teach him to think, analyze, work in a team, make decisions and take responsibility for them.
Such qualities will be in demand no matter how rapidly technology develops.
