Shakarim Higher College celebrated its graduates
The years spent in the golden nest of knowledge were summed up today with bright results. 460 graduates of Shakarim Higher College received diplomas and stepped into a new milestone in life. Among them, 32 young professionals distinguished themselves with very good academic performance and received the Diploma of Excellence.
Rector of Shakarim University Duman Rymgalyuly Orynbekov was the first to congratulate the graduates and parents gathered at the solemn meeting. He began his speech with a particularly happy news for the university staff. According to the results of the international Times Higher Education Sustainability rating published on June 24, Shakarim University was included in the top 10 universities of Kazakhstan. This is international recognition of the university's activities in 15 of the 17 directions of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

That's why the diploma you are holding today is not only proof that you have mastered the profession. This is a sign that you are a part of a large educational system recognized at the international level.
You are no longer just a college graduate. You are graduates of Shakarim educational institution. Therefore, this diploma is a symbol of trust, responsibility and loyalty to one's work. Today is not a day of completion, but a day of stepping into a big life path, - said the rector. At the same time, he invited the graduates to continue their education at Shakarim University.
In turn, the director of the college, Toty Abdikarimova, expressed her heartfelt wishes to the young professionals and wished them success and a bright future in their future life.
During the ceremony, the best graduates also shared their impressions. Madina Musaeva, who graduated with honors in "Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education", said that the college has a special place in her life.
- Shakarim College gave me the opportunity to find my environment, to be organized, to acquire knowledge and experience at the same time. The knowledge I received here opened the way for me to master the intricacies of my chosen profession. My goal now is to get a higher education and further improve my professional qualifications,- says the young graduate.
