Pedagogical Internship of Master's Students: Building Professional Competencies in Real-World Classrooms
University classrooms have transformed into a laboratory for bold pedagogical experiments led by the Master's students of group MIYA-201. For them, this teaching internship is far more than a curriculum requirement—it’s a hands-on opportunity to step beyond theory and put their ideas to the test in a real-world setting.
These future educator-researchers are skillfully integrating digital tools and interactive formats into their lessons. Traditional lectures have made way for dynamic discussions, problem-based learning (PBL), and project-based approaches. Their primary mission is to awaken the "inner researcher" in their students, fostering critical thinking and academic independence.
This immersive experience helps Master's students break down the traditional "teacher-student" barrier, build effective communication styles, and gain a level of professional confidence that cannot be taught in a textbook. The journey will culminate in a final conference where each participant will showcase their unique teaching methodologies and share their first professional breakthroughs.
