The methodological bases of applying for scientific projects were discussed
Today, a seminar was held at Shakarim University with the participation of the Chairman of the Board of JSC "National State Scientific and Technical Expertise Center" Asylkhan Zhanibekuly Bibosinov on the topic "Methodological bases of applying for scientific and technical projects and programs within the framework of grant and program-targeted funding competitions".
Scientists from Shakarim University, Alikhan Bukeikhan University and Semipalatinsk Medical University took part in the seminar.
At the opening of the event, Shakarim University rector Duman Orynbekov introduced the guest and noted the importance of such seminars for the scientific community.
In his report, Asylkhan Zhanibekuly focused on the following main issues:
procedure of formation and holding of grant and program-targeted funding contests; features of contests for commercialization of scientific and scientific and technical activity results; state accounting of projects and programs financed from the state budget and reports on their implementation; common problems when processing and submitting applications in the automated information system of "National State Scientific and Technical Expertise Center" JSC; compliance of expected results with the requirements of tender documentation, etc. In addition, he introduced the main tasks of the Department of Organization of the Work of National Scientific Councils (DORNNS) and regulatory legal acts in the scientific field.
The chairman of the board noted that one of the main tasks of the center is systematic training of the scientific community. This training is primarily aimed at persons responsible for the organization of science in universities and scientific organizations. In addition, this information is very important for researchers who apply directly to the competition.
