I congratulate you today on the International Day of Women in Science!

Although the path of science, based on multi-disciplinary structures and different directions, seems complicated, your efforts to master it for the benefit of humanity, tirelessly search for the development and prosperity of our country, and make a significant contribution are special.

On this occasion, the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokaev said: "Women's community makes a significant contribution to the development of our country. "Women are working successfully in every field - social and political direction, including in science, education and research, strengthening the potential of the country," he emphasized.

Actually speaking, the share of female researchers in Kazakhstan exceeds 50 percent.

Shakarim University, which always emphasizes the development of various fields of science, provides all opportunities for female scientists to engage in science. 307 full-time teachers work in our university. 228 of them are women. At the same time, our girls, who have earned the title of 3 professors, 36 associate scientists, 53 PhDs, 57 candidates of science, with their hard work and dedication, are actively involved in public affairs and define their own position. Each of them is working honorably to develop the field of science in our country and make the future of civilization bright.
