Shakarim University achieved another important success as a result of its work in the direction of creating a favorable working environment for employees and systematically developing the principles of social responsibility.
According to the Paryz Bridge rating, one of the largest researches assessing the social stability of employers in Kazakhstan, Shakarim University took the 2nd place in Kazakhstan in the "Social Sector" category.
More than 100 companies and more than 150,000 employees of the country participated in the research jointly organized by the Association of HR Managers of Kazakhstan and Paryz Confederation of Employers.
Paryz Bridge rating comprehensively evaluates social stability and corporate culture of employers. During the study, the opinions of employees, the effectiveness of HR-processes, initiatives aimed at the development of human capital and indicators of social responsibility of the organization are taken into account.
This result is a clear manifestation of the joint work of the university team, the ongoing systematic work in the direction of supporting the professional development of employees, creating a favorable working environment and introducing modern HR practices.
