Event dedicated to improving the professional potential of employees

Shakarim University organized the Activity “Success Builder” event, aimed at increasing the professional potential of employees.

Thanks to exercises such as “Preparing gifts”, “The highest tower” and others, participants had the opportunity to jointly achieve common goals, develop team spirit and strategic thinking. Employees were able to demonstrate their negotiation skills, as well as fully demonstrate their leadership qualities, team adaptability and ability to make quick decisions.

The event, organized by the Personnel Development Support Department and the Psychological Support Service, strengthened internal connections in the team. We believe that such activities help to unlock the potential of each employee.
