A meeting aimed at expanding cooperation in the fields of education, science and culture was held in Abay region, and memorandums of mutual cooperation were signed between a number of institutions.
The main goal is to increase the educational and scientific potential of the region, to support the professional development of teachers, as well as to establish a permanent partnership that will allow the implementation of joint projects. The chairman of the regional organization Sabit Ibraev, the editor-in-chief of the state historical-cultural and literary-memorial reserve-museum "Zhydebay-Borili" of Abay, Raushan Eleukenova, the head of the regional universal library named after Abay, Merey Kart, as well as the deputy directors of the school and methodologists took part. the issues of qualification improvement were discussed.
The director of the institute's branch Didar Askarova noted that the opening of the new structure will provide a new opportunity for the development of the education system in the region. According to him, about 18 thousand teachers work in the region. Continuous changes in the field of education require teachers to constantly improve their professional competence and master new teaching methods and technologies.
"Therefore, professional development courses should not be limited to updating the knowledge of teachers, but should provide systematic support for their professional growth. Today we are taking steps to establish cooperation with six institutions in our region. This will open the way for mutual exchange of experience, implementation of joint initiatives and formation of new mechanisms of support for teachers"- said Didar Askarova.
Alma Saidakhmetova, a teacher, also noted the connection between the professional qualification of the teacher and the development of the student's thinking ability. According to him, in the educational process, it is necessary to teach the child to think, search and make decisions on his own, not limited to providing ready-made information. In order to effectively implement this task, the teacher must have a high professional level. From this point of view, the activity of the new branch contributes to increasing the potential of teachers.
Shakarim University Rector Duman Orynbekov emphasized the importance of creating conditions for the professional development of the community of teachers in the region. He says that strengthening the relationship between higher education institutions and professional development institutes will allow to improve the quality of education. One of the main tasks of the university is the training of qualified teaching staff, and the activities of the "Orleu" Institute are connected with updating the professional knowledge of working teachers and systematically improving their qualifications. Therefore, the work aimed at continuous education of teachers should be organized in accordance with the requirements of the times and be oriented towards concrete results.
Shakarim University, which has signed a memorandum of cooperation, and JSC "Orleu" National Center for Professional Development, a branch of the Institute of Professional Development in Abai Oblast, cooperate in the areas of retraining and improving their qualifications, introducing advanced teaching methods and technologies, exchanging scientific information, and jointly developing innovative projects. intends to install. In addition, priority is given to conducting scientific events, developing scientific and methodological works, and developing the principles of inclusive education.
