A shining example of lifelong learning
Shakarim University presented certificates to students who completed the Turkish language course within the framework of the "Silver University" project. During the ceremony, middle-aged and elderly participants' passion for education and eagerness to learn new world was highlighted.
Today, the course participants have successfully completed the A2 and B1 levels of Turkish language learning. The participants, who have been systematically educated for several months, have not only expanded their knowledge horizons by learning a language, but also created a new environment and strengthened their spiritual ties.
Among the course participants is Iliya Rahimberdinova, a veteran teacher who has taught mathematics at Shakarim University for many years. He noted that it is never too late to learn, that learning a language keeps a person in constant search and expands his horizons. For most of the participants, this course is not only an opportunity to learn a foreign language, but also an opportunity to continue an active lifestyle and strive for new goals.
At the certificate presentation ceremony, the students shared their impressions during the course and expressed their sincere gratitude to Aigul Turkpenova, teacher of the "Foreign and Russian Languages" department, who taught Turkish language. The peculiarity is that they expressed their gratitude in Turkish and practically demonstrated the knowledge they had acquired during the course. This moment gave a special impression to the participants of the meeting and created a warm atmosphere.
It should be noted that within the framework of the "Silver University" project, elderly citizens are given the opportunity to study in various fields. Such initiatives not only increase the activity of the older generation, but also make a great contribution to promoting the principle of lifelong learning. The enthusiasm of the older generation for education is an example for many.
