New courses within the "Silver University" project were introduced

On September 29, 2026, a presentation of the courses planned for the 2026-2027 academic year was held within the framework of the "Silver University" project of Shakarim University to the visitors of the communal state institution "Center for the provision of special social services and active longevity №3. It is planned to organize a total of 9 courses this academic year.

The main goal of the event is to introduce the content of educational programs for seniors, to increase their interest in learning and to create conditions for the implementation of the principles of lifelong learning. The participants got acquainted with the thematic areas of the courses and asked questions about the issues they were interested in.

During the presentation, visitors to the center showed interest in the offered courses and expressed their opinions and suggestions. The participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers, noting that the project is aimed at supplementing the knowledge of the older generation and increasing their social activity.

The "Silver University" project is an important component of the direction of Life Long Learning in the development strategy of Shakarim University - life-long learning and the transformation of educational services for adults.

Within the framework of the project, it is intended to strengthen the relationship between the university and society by constantly improving the content of educational programs and developing new courses according to the needs of students.
