A step towards science: internship experience of doctoral students

Scientific training of doctoral students is an integral part of the system of training scientific personnel. It will increase the effectiveness of doctoral students' research activities and become the basis for their formation as competitive specialists in the international scientific space. In this context, Shakarim University regularly conducts complex and systematic work aimed at increasing the scientific potential of students within the framework of international cooperation.

From May 6 to July 10, 2026, a number of doctoral students are doing scientific internships in higher educational institutions of China, Russia and Turkey.

Ainur Kabdenova, Galia Beysembaeva, 1st and 3rd year doctoral students of the "Food Technology" educational program - in the laboratories of the Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University (Xianyang, People's Republic of China), on the determination of amino acid content and fatty acid content of functional dairy products with biologically active ingredients, bacterial yeast products with antibacterial and immunostimulating properties;

Akhmyshova Perizat, 3rd year doctoral student of the "Chemistry" educational program - Siberian Department of the Russian Academy of Sciences at the Novosibirsk Institute of Organic Chemistry named after N.N. Vorozhtsov (Novosibir, Russian Federation) on the study of the component composition of the ethanolic extract of the bark of Spiraea hypericifolia L. and separation by column chromatography method;

Madi Turlybaev, Nurgazy Kuanysh, Erke Konbay, 2nd and 3rd year doctoral students of the "History" educational program are conducting research on the development of a structural and content model of history teaching based on the methodology of local studies at Fatih Sultan Mehmet University (Istanbul, Turkey), and the analysis of pedagogical technologies aimed at developing students' historical thinking skills.

The main goal of the scientific internship is to improve the quality of the doctoral student's research activities and comprehensively develop his professional and scientific competence.
