Competence Development Center

The Competency Development Center provides organizational, methodological, and administrative support for continuing education and professional development programs.

Areas of Activity:

organizing professional development courses for external participants;

preparing draft orders for enrollment and expulsion of participants;

issuing, registering, and maintaining records of course completion certificates;

monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of documentation processing;

cooperating with departments and structural divisions on the implementation of educational programs;

organizing professional development courses for educators and school teachers;

supporting, organizing, and developing the “Silver University” project;

providing organizational and administrative support for educational events;

maintaining records of participants in continuing education programs;

ensuring the storage and systematization of the Center’s documentation.

The Center contributes to the development of professional competencies, the expansion of lifelong learning opportunities, and the improvement of the quality of the university’s educational services.
