Youth and the Constitution: new changes and new opportunities

At Shakarim University, a meeting was held between Deputy Akim of the region Abai Meirlan Rakhanov and the youth of the region.

The event on the topic “Youth and the Constitution: new changes and new opportunities” was attended by university youth organizations, volunteers, specialists from youth resource centers and media representatives. The purpose of the meeting is to increase the legal literacy of young people and explain the significance of constitutional changes.

Meyirlan Rakhanov noted that the updated Constitution strengthens the principles of justice and openness, and also called on young people to actively participate in social and political life. In addition, it was emphasized that systematic work is being carried out in the region to support youth initiatives, promote employment and create conditions for self-realization.

Shakarim University students Fatima Satbekova and Akhmet Esenbek spoke during the dialogue platform. They noted that the Constitution opens up new opportunities for young people, and in the context of digitalization, the importance of legal protection increases.
