Expert platform of young scientists
A meeting entitled "New Constitution and the Future of Science of Kazakhstan" was held at Shakarim University with the participation of young scientists, master's and doctoral students. During the event, the impact of constitutional reforms on science and education, as well as the role of young researchers in increasing scientific potential were discussed.
The main goal of the meeting was to differentiate the possibilities of development of science and education system within the framework of the new Constitution, and to determine the importance of young scientists in the development of scientific research. The participants exchanged opinions on new initiatives in the field of science, support of innovative projects, development of scientific infrastructure and improvement of the quality of research.
During the event, university rector Duman Orynbekov noted that the new Constitution lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the state and strengthening of scientific potential. According to him, constitutional reforms provide new opportunities for the formation of an innovative economy in Kazakhstan and increase the strategic importance of science.
The referendum on adoption of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan marks the beginning of an important period in the history of the country. This document made intellectual capital and scientific development one of the main priorities of the state and defined the role of science in society at the constitutional level.

The referendum on the adoption of the new Constitution is the beginning of a new chapter in the history of Kazakhstan, when intellectual capital becomes the foundation of statehood. Today, the voice of science is clearly heard at the highest state level. The new Constitution laid the legal basis for supporting researchers and legally confirmed that the state's care for scientists is a permanent and unshakable obligation," said the rector of the university.
Scientists of Shakarim University emphasized that the importance of science is recognized at the state level. The updated Constitution not only declares the values, but also defines the priority of scientific progress. Recognition of the role of science at the constitutional level is a strategic and long-term legal guarantee of support for the research community.
Mechanisms of state support for the implementation of research projects of young scientists were also discussed during the meeting. In particular, the need to increase grant funding, develop scientific infrastructure and create favorable conditions for integration of young researchers into the international scientific environment was mentioned.
Based on this solid constitutional foundation, Shakarim University will resolutely continue its mission of training a new generation of researchers. The scientific potential of university scientists increases the intellectual power of the country and serves the sustainable development of our country.
