Modern teacher: introduction of labor market requirements into the educational process

On February 6, a meeting of the employers' council was held on the topic "Modern teacher: introduction of labor market requirements into the educational process" organized by the Career and Practice Department. The main goal of this event was to improve the quality of professional training of teachers by updating the educational process in accordance with the current requirements of the labor market and to widely use innovative methods in teaching.

The meeting was opened by Dinara Ospanova, director of the Academic Affairs Department, who wished the participants a successful work. After that, a number of speakers spoke and raised important issues.

Head of the Department of Designing and Methodological Support of Educational Programs A. Zarlykanova analyzed the compliance of current educational programs with the requirements of the labor market. The head of the educational process organization department Zh. Abdraimova focused on the actual areas of improvement of diploma projects of bachelors. And the head of the center for training and certification of scientific personnel S. Kasimov suggested ways to establish effective communication with employers during the approval of master's thesis topics for pedagogical educational programs.

During the meeting, heads of educational organizations and representatives of employers exchanged opinions on issues of training of teaching staff, ways to strengthen practical training, as well as ways to increase the competitiveness of graduates. The participants expressed their suggestions and presented their specific suggestions for improving educational programs. Undoubtedly, these proposals contribute to the improvement of the quality of training of future teachers and their compliance with the demand in the labor market.

According to the conclusion of the council, the need to adapt the educational process to the demand of the labor market and further development of cooperation with employers was emphasized.
