A teacher who received a certificate in eighty-five

Certificates were presented to students of "Silver University" at Shakarim University. Within this program, regardless of age, 43 teachers who have worked in the field of education for many years received a certificate confirming their knowledge of the Turkish language.

Among them, the work and research of Ilya Mukhametzhanovna, a veteran teacher who will turn 85 years old this year, is an example for many. Even though the honored teacher reached retirement age, he did not stop improving his education, mastered several foreign languages, and proved that he was faithful to the principle of education throughout his life.

"I taught mathematics at this university until I was over eighty years old." After taking a retirement leave, I did not limit myself to the knowledge I had acquired, but used my time effectively to focus on studying English. I am especially grateful to the leadership of Shakarim University for giving us such an opportunity," says the exemplary teacher.

"Silver University" is a unique project that allows the professional development of retired people. During January-May, September-December 2025, students will improve their knowledge at A1-A2 levels, and next year they will continue their studies at B1-B2 levels.
