A workshop for assembling profile glass structures was launched

A workshop for assembling profile glass structures has been opened at Shkarim University. The opening ceremony was attended by the management and teaching staff of the university.

The new workshop, located on the university premises, equipped with modern equipment, has the ability to produce plastic windows of various sizes.

According to the chief engineer of the workshop, Toleubek Shaimuratula, the opening of such a production workshop in an educational institution, in addition to its effectiveness in updating outdated doors and windows of university buildings, also allows for high-quality work. Currently, the store employs three people.

The production of plastic windows consists of several stages: cutting PVC profiles and metal fasteners, processing and milling of profiles, gluing the joining corners of profiles by heating at 250 degrees, installing glass, assembling the finished product. For this work, special equipment is used - saws for cutting profiles, milling machines, welding machines, devices for installing glass, etc.

It is known that new laboratories are currently opening at the university. At the same time, plastic windows manufactured in this workshop are installed in new laboratory buildings and contribute to the modernization of the university infrastructure.
