A step towards creating a fair and safe society

At Shakarim University, an “Integrity Hour” was organized for new employees. This event is aimed at strengthening the corporate culture of the university, as well as developing the principles of honesty and responsibility.

During the Integrity Hour, the ethical principles to which the university adheres were fully explained to employees. In particular, the issues of compliance with work ethics, academic and professional integrity, mutual respect and responsibility in collegial relations were discussed in detail. It was noted that the behavior and actions of each employee are an important factor in shaping the image of an educational organization.

Particular attention was paid to the formation of the principle of zero tolerance towards corruption. The participants were explained the mechanisms for preventing corruption offenses, legal liability measures, as well as the importance of honest and transparent performance of official duties. It is emphasized that the main purpose of this policy is to create a fair, reliable and safe working environment.

During the event, one of the pressing problems of modern society - the prevention of terrorism and extremism - was not ignored. Employees were provided with information about the dangers of radical ideologies, measures to prevent them, as well as the importance of information security and civic responsibility. It was emphasized that the contribution of each employee to ensuring public stability and security is a shared responsibility.

The “Hour of Integrity” allows new employees to better understand the university’s value system, quickly adapt to a professional environment and develop a responsible citizenship.
