A meeting was held at Shakari University with a representative of Huawei: students were told about new opportunities in the field of ICT
As part of the AI sana project, a meeting was held within the walls of Shakarim University with the manager for the development of the talent ecosystem of Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan - Symbat Samatkyzy Sovekhalykova.
During the meeting, students were provided with information about Huawei’s activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the opportunities provided by participation in the company’s global educational initiatives. In particular, the Huawei ICT Academy program was presented in detail and the start of the international competition Huawei ICT Competition 2024–2025 was announced.
Today, there are 48 Huawei ICT Academies operating in Kazakhstan on the basis of the country's leading universities, and Shakarim University is one of them. The Academy gives students access to free courses, international certification and practical knowledge in the field of ICT.
Huawei ICT Competition is:
