      3. Publication of scientific articles in leading Russian and foreign journals with a non-zero impact factor - 1 article, publication of 2 textbooks in the national and English languages.

      4. Increase the quality of students' achievements at the department: on the full-time tuition - 85%; on the part-time tuition - 75%.
