Introduction
The educational program 7M05102 "Biotechnology", implemented by the Department of Biotechnology of the Research School of Food Engineering at Shakarim University, within the group of educational programs M082 – Biotechnology, is developed taking into account the needs of the regional labor market.
The program regulates the goals, expected outcomes, content, conditions, and technologies for the implementation of the educational process, the assessment of the quality of graduate training in this field, and includes a description of the program and the graduate’s professional activities, learning outcomes and acquired competencies, as well as the organization of the educational process that ensures the quality of student training
