Center Purpose & Objectives

• Developing the professional competencies and career opportunities of students and graduates.

• Facilitating the employment of students and graduates.

• Developing dual education and lifelong professional learning.

Tasks

1. Internship Organization: Organizing and coordinating practical training for students, including professional and research internships.

2. Partnerships and Dual Education: Developing dual education and expanding the University's collaboration with employers and partner organizations.

3. Employment and Monitoring: Facilitating graduate employment, developing career opportunities, and monitoring employment outcomes.

4. Competence Development: Developing students' professional and personal competencies in line with modern labor market requirements.

5. Lifelong Learning: Organizing professional development courses and other forms of lifelong professional learning for external participants.

6. Social Projects: Implementing and developing the "Silver University" project within the framework of lifelong learning.

7. Employer Engagement: Facilitating interaction with employers, including the activities of the Employers' Council and the organization of career events.

8. Information and Methodological Support: Providing analytical, informational, and methodological support for the Center's core activities.

Key Functions
