"TAZA IRTIS" RAFTING
Irtys is a unique river flowing into the ocean in Kazakhstan. It is not only a natural wealth, but also an important guarantee of the ecological security and future of the country. Therefore, protecting Irtysh, maintaining its purity and natural balance is a common duty of every citizen. In order to realize this good goal, on the initiative of scientists of Shakarim University, within the framework of the republican environmental action "Clean Kazakhstan", rafting "Clean Irtys" was organized. This initiative increases the environmental culture of the society and encourages the public to contribute to the protection of nature through concrete actions.
While sailing along the current of the Irtysh, we stopped at several islands, coastal settlements, conducted propaganda, and paid attention to the condition of flora and fauna. We conducted ornithological research. First of all, rafting is a wonderful form of recreation. Traveling by boat, swaying by the wavy flow of the Erke Irtysh and the sound of birds, creates a special feeling of wonder. Looking at the Irtys from the shore gives one impression, looking at the Irtys to the shore is a completely different phenomenon. Irtysh is the substance, the foundation, and as the name suggests, the collar is an addition to this foundation. You will feel its power only when you are one with the word. We stopped at several islands and conducted an ornithological census. This trip was successful. We met a group of full-grown crane chicks. They are preparing for flight in a group. He flaps his wings and makes a noise. We have collected a lot of other information. Two days were very informative. Its results will be fully published in "Shakarim" magazine.

"Clean Irtys" is not just a trip along the river, but an important ecological initiative aimed at drawing public attention to the preservation of the nature of our native land. By showing our sympathy for the river not only with words, but also with concrete actions, we can preserve its natural wealth and unique beauty for future generations.
