For modern society, the development of spiritual education and legal consciousness is one of the most important tasks. In this direction, a teacher at the Department of Language Communication at Shakarim University, Aizat Mukataeva, gave an open lecture on the topic “Shakarim Philosophy and the Values of the Constitution.” The main goal of this educational meeting is to increase youth’s respect for the Constitution, to instill in them humanity, justice and honesty.

During the lecture, it was explained in detail that the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a solid foundation for the country’s independence, civil equality and the rule of law. It was noted that the Constitution protects the rights of every citizen to life, education, work, freedom of speech and freedom of conscience. It is especially emphasized that all citizens are equal before the law, regardless of their nationality, language, religion or social status.

The teacher in her speech particularly focused on the deep spiritual harmony between the philosophy of Shakarim and the Constitution.

“There are many shared values between Shakarim's philosophy and the Constitution. The main goal of both is the protection of people and the formation of a fair society. If Shakarim highly valued humanity and conscience, then the Constitution, protecting human rights and freedoms, puts the value of a person in first place,” said Aizat Mukataeva.

During the lecture, the spiritual heritage of Shakarim Kudaiberdiuly was widely discussed. It was noted that the thinker valued such qualities as honesty, conscience, justice, mercy in human life as the highest values. These principles also resonate with the values of a modern rule of law state.

In addition, students received information about the fundamental rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution, and were convinced that they are the pillars of a democratic society. The correspondence of Shakarim’s ideas “Justice”, “Honesty”, “Conscience”, “Humanity” with the content of the Basic Law was explained in particular detail. After all, the ultimate goal of both values is the formation of a just society.

At the open lecture, the significance of Shakarim’s ideas in modern society was also widely discussed.

“The philosophy of Shakarim Kudaiberdiuly is based on humanity and justice. And the Basic Law is the legal basis of our country. The spiritual values of Shakarim are in harmony with human rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution. Therefore, every citizen must respect the law, live honestly and contribute to the development of the country,” the teacher said during the lecture.

It should be especially noted that artificial intelligence technologies were used during the open lecture. This made it possible to increase the interest of young people and to develop a deeper understanding of the topic, effectively using modern digital capabilities in the educational process.
