Teacher and student: Olympiad that built a bridge of trust

An educational event based on the harmony of science and the human soul was held with the organization of the "Linguistic Communication" department of Shakarim University and the "Regional Psychological Support Methodological Center" of the Abay Region Education Department. Doctor of science, professor, outstanding teacher-scientist Asemgul Aleksandrovna Moldazhanova II regional Olympiad topic - "Partnership psychology: teacher-psychologist and student".

The Olympiad was attended by "Turksib general secondary school" of Zhanasemey district, Mykhailichenkovskaya secondary school of Borodulikha district, Zharkyn general secondary school of Zhanasemey district, M. The teams of Auezov Secondary School, Glukhovka Secondary School of Beskaragay District, Akshauli Secondary Education School No. 1 of Ayagoz District, School No. 17 of Semey City and School No. 2 of Kurchatov City participated.

This Olympiad was not just an educational competition, here the meaning of partnership based on mutual trust and understanding between pedagogues-psychologists and students was deeply revealed, and new models of professional relations were defined. During the competition stages, the participants showed high professionalism and creativity in solving real cases, starting from small projects, and presenting authoring tools.

In addition, master classes were held in the areas of modern therapy: dance-movement therapy and body-oriented therapy.

The core of the event is to create a harmonious relationship between the teacher-psychologist and the student in the educational space. This connection should not be limited only to professional duties, but should become a spiritual bridge that opens the way to personal development. Based on this idea, the Olympiad provided an opportunity to strengthen the professional competence of the participants, develop their creative potential and form new perspectives.
